Terms of use

Using this site means accepting the terms below. The most important one is the first: nothing here is investment advice.

1. Not investment advice

WhichBroker publishes editorial comparisons of trading platforms and crypto exchanges. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not know your circumstances, and we are not authorised to advise on investments in any jurisdiction.

Scores express our editorial opinion applied through a published methodology. They are not a rating in any regulatory sense and are not a prediction of your results.

2. Risk

Trading leveraged products such as CFDs carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. Depending on the provider, between 60% and 80% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Cryptoassets are largely unregulated in many jurisdictions and their value can fall to zero. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and consider whether you understand how these products work before opening an account.

3. How we are funded

We are reader-supported through affiliate partnerships: when you open an account through a link on this site, the provider may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. This is explained in full in our affiliate disclosure. Commissions do not influence scores or ranking order — the methodology is fixed and public, and platforms that pay us nothing are scored the same way.

4. Accuracy and availability

We verify fees, regulation and account terms before publishing and re-check them regularly; every page states when its data was last verified. Even so, providers change their terms without notice, and availability differs by country. Always confirm the current terms on the provider's own website before depositing money. We give no warranty that the site is error-free or continuously available.

5. Eligibility and local law

This site is aimed at adults aged 18 or over. The providers we describe are not available everywhere, and some are prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to check that using a given provider is lawful where you live. Nothing here is directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be contrary to local law.

6. Third-party sites

Links take you to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement beyond the opinion expressed in our own review.

7. Intellectual property

The text, scores, methodology and design of this site belong to Marek Ohanka. You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link to the page quoted. Systematic copying or republication of our content or scoring data requires written permission. Third-party trade marks and logos remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Operator: Marek Ohanka, company number 01402846, registered at Kolínská 1742/6, 130 00 Praha, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@whichbroker.io.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, dated 28 August 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
