Privacy policy

The short version: we do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not ask you to create an account. Below is the detail required by the GDPR.

Who is responsible for your data

This site is operated by Marek Ohanka, company number 01402846, registered at Kolínská 1742/6, 130 00 Praha, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question, write to hello@whichbroker.io.

What we collect

We deliberately keep this minimal. There is no login, no newsletter and no user profile.

DataWhyLegal basisKept for
Aggregated usage statisticsWhich pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, which device type. Used only to decide what to write next.Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running and improving the siteUp to 24 months, in aggregate

Emails you send usAnswering your question or correction.Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to correspondenceUntil the matter is resolved, then archived or deleted

We do not collect names, addresses, payment details or any special-category data, and we run no advertising or profiling trackers of our own.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Our analytics is cookie-free and does not follow you across websites. The only thing we may store in your browser is a small local preference — for example remembering that you dismissed the language suggestion bar — which never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.

Affiliate links are a separate matter, and it is worth being clear about it: when you click a "Visit" button you leave our site and arrive at the broker's own website, which will set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — typically including one that credits the referral to us. We do not read or receive that cookie. What we receive from the broker is aggregate reporting: how many referrals converted, never who you are.

Who else processes data

Some of these providers operate outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@whichbroker.io and we will reply within one month. Note that because we hold almost nothing that identifies you, we may be unable to link a request to a specific person — in that case we will say so rather than ask you for more identifying data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

Children

This site is intended for adults. Trading leveraged products is not suitable for minors, and we do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and describe what changed. The current version is dated 28 August 2026.
